Second time it was a bit quicker but still slowish and it definately seems to be google syndication at fault, I think I have noticed this at other sites as well. Is google's ad program slowing down a lot of the web? I think so!

Holy dung!
What am I doing reading this when I'm on vacation!? Not enough Margueritas to keep my mind off the woes of the world. Best to go straight to the Tequilla and to hell with the mix.

Energy Bulletin is one of my fav sites. The articles can be informative. Some, on occasion can be funny. This post did both: http://www.energybulletin.net/node/45926
FWIW
The other night I had a great idea about hosting a "Peak Oil Party"
Yep crazy but true. I had planned on enlightening my friends with the documentary The End Of Suburbia and having organic hors d'oeuvres and of course drinks. Well, how should I put this delicately......my friends think I've lost the plot and family are under the impression I've been watching too many Lost episodes.
What did conspire was, direct from the man of Margaritaville himself, Jimmy Buffett. His margarita maker arrived and of course ALL his music supplied with alchohol and mix.
Everyone agreed I needed Jimmy. I was never a fan but now...
Jimmy Buffett is my best mate.
If I'm going to live in a hut somewhere due to peak oil, there had better be Jimmy and his margarita maker! Just one outlet that's all I ask, ok and some batteries.
